Over deze koffie
Da Bomb is back. A customer favourite from Sidamo, this natural lot is all raspberry sweetness, milk chocolate, a lemongrass lift and a silky finish. Around 800 smallholder farmers deliver ripe cherry to Ayla washing station in Shantawene, where the coffee is carefully sorted and dried on raised beds for around 15–20 days. Sweet, fruit-forward and super easy to drink as espresso with a crisp acidity to it.
