About this coffee
We have a soft spot for Ethiopian Naturals. And Halo is exactly why. Coming from the highlands of Gedeb, this coffee has everything we look for in a great Natural from Ethiopia: loads of fruit, beautiful florals and an expressive sweetness . Around 700 smallholder farmers deliver their ripe cherries to the Halo washing station, where the coffee is carefully processed as a Natural.
In the cup, expect a vibrant combination of raspberry and strawberry, lifted by delicate violet florals. Fruity, floral and wonderfully expressive.
