Brazil Fazenda Santa Tereza - Yellow Catucaí Natural Anaerobic

Alta Mogiana is one of Brazil's most celebrated coffee regions - and Fazenda Santa Tereza is one of its finest farms. This Yellow Catucaí lot undergoes a natural anaerobic fermentation that draws out a beautifully layered cup: the bright, juicy sweetness of fresh grape gives way to the deep warmth of dried fig, all wrapped in a smooth, delicate body that makes it effortlessly drinkable.

Light-roasted to preserve every nuance of the terroir, this is a coffee that rewards slow mornings and careful brewing.

Best brewed as: Filter (V60, Chemex, AeroPress) · water 92°C · ratio 1:16
